All the ratio seems ok. Church kindy usually 4hrs right? Yes the teaching is sufficient. They will go by terms and modules, as for the diaper issue. You have to ask i ever heard of a mummy saying that the kindy asked the parent to come back to change the diaper cos the baby poop
