Craving for cold water / ice

My Chinese family believe that cold is not good for me and baby but I keep craving for ice cold water and also to chew on ice. Is this normal? Is it okay? #pregnancy

if you crave for it go for it but mix with room temp water whenever possible 😁 it’s been weeks i’m drinking cold water daily 😂 as i will nausea once i drink warm water.

Same I can't stand hot drinks except milo and warm milk 😅
