Yes but if they want to play around I think that’s fine as long as they know the actual word lol

We must use the right word/term ourselves and not confuse the child. Eg. Eat and not mam mam

I would correct. I appreciate when people correct me too. Nicely of course.

I never baby talked with my son. I just spoke straight English with him
