All mummies hope the best for their beloved child. Early intervention does benefits to your child. Won't it be heartbreaking to know if your child feels left out when he is just in P1? He will feel dreaded going to school knowing that he couldnt catch up with the rest because he is having development and speech delay.

Singaporeans need to change our mindset. Going to the school counsellor is a taboo. I work with international students and they are so open about visiting counsellor and mental health is taken seriously.

If not for the teacher highlighting my girl had speech issue, i would not have done all the intervention required and help her.

Yes... i feel that mental health is very important. Doesnt mean seeing a psychiatrist makes u crazy.

If there is something that is affecting my child then I would consider going to a therapist first
