Is my 9 weeks old having diarrhoea?

Just changed milk to frisolac AR after he seemed to have tummy ache from previous powder brand. Pls help..

how many time ur child poop and is it the colour and texture the same? if its only once, it shouldn't be diarrhoea but if continuously with the same kind of poop then advisable to see the pediatrician.

Yes more than once same texture almost after every feed
