I had a threatened preterm labour at 28 weeks.

Cervix closed but baby's head is v low. Water level is ok. Dexa 2 dose given. Currently on nifedipine & utrogestan. Currently resting at home. Whats your advice to help Delay the labour? What shld i do at home to prevent the same thing from happening?
