coba mnum asi boster(asi fit, mama bear,hog) sama mkn buah sayur, air puth yg bnyk shri 3l, sering di susuin, sama bkin jdwal pumping yg tratyr bun...krena pumping itu bkn bkn krna asi kita bnyk tp biar bnyk.
oh iya mumpung msh bln puasa mkn kurma bun...
