Is it black chicken herbal soup safe for 3rd trimester? Eu Yan Sang bird nest with ginseng stated safe to drink during pregnancy. But it's confusing when ginseng was consider unsafe for pregnancy. Any advise?#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy #herbs #tcm

Actually when i first see my gynae at wk 8, he got ask me to avoid herbs stuff.. and those stuff he listed was meant to be avoided the whole pregnancy he said
