Black Chicken Herbal Soup & EYS bird nest with ginseng

Is it black chicken herbal soup safe for 3rd trimester? Eu Yan Sang bird nest with ginseng stated safe to drink during pregnancy. But it's confusing when ginseng was consider unsafe for pregnancy. Any advise?#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy #herbs #tcm

I loves all ginseng cooking and those herbal soups but since preg I didn’t have them cos was told it will be too much for preg’s woman body to take it.. 太过补.. so better don’t eat..
