yes of course naman hindi purkit mommy na wala ng karapatan alagaan ang sarili kasi ang kahalagaan ng pag aalaga sa sarili eh para magampanan mo din yung pag aalaga sa baby mo at family mo..we are super moms so with can do that at same time especially kung supportive ang mga asawa natin mas naalagaan natin ang sarili natin😊😊😊

yes kahit namang isa ka nang ina. kailangan mo pa rin ng self love/care, pati din naman sa mga buong pamilya mo. and porket may anak na eh. di na pwedeng mag ayos ng ating mga sarili. of course we need to care our beauty... 🤗🤗 kailangan natin yan para di naman tayo masabihan ng ibang tao na ganito ganyan..

yes po,dahil pag may anak kana nakakalimutan na ntin mag ayos sa sarili,paggising sa umaga anjan ung time na magpupuyod kna lng, d makasuklay, na di nman anak ung reason para makalimut ka mag ayos ng sarili.kailangan natin ng self care para kaaya-aya tayo tingnan ng asawa natin at wala masabi kapit bahay natin,😀

Yes I do self care since isa pa lang nman baby namin ng husband ko. But I always make sure when I do that is nkatulog na si baby and gabi ko na talaga nagagawa ang self care like always talaga ako namumunas bago matulog para na din malinis ako sa tabi ng baby ko and I also watch my favorite kdramas.

Yes of course!! actually we need it most nga when we become a mom na, we perfectly need to take care of ourselves, not just physically but also our mental health for our family especially sa mga anak natin ❤️ Hmm sa akin ginagawa ko chill lang less stress, eating na din for relaxation hahaha

yes . im a mom of 2 baby boys and working din sabay . sa umaga bantay bata pag tanghali namn duty pero kahit ganon may self care pa din pag gabi c husband muna magbabantay at ako naman makapagrelax 😊 at makapag muni muni magpaganda din naman minsan kahit mommy na :) Happy Wife Happy Life ❤

I make sure I still have enough time to rest. I eat healthy food. I treat myself. I shop online (shopee, etc.). I sometimes read books. I watch TV. I ensure to have bonding moments with my family. Just do whatever makes you happy and you'll surely be satisfied. Love Yourself. 🥰🥰🥰

yes po! ngyon pandemic mas maingat dahil mahrap mag kasakit ngyon .. delikado mapunta sa hospital .. sobrang hirap at challenging sa araw araw, sapag alaga at pag aasikaso sa ating anak .. pangit man tayo o haggard sa pag aalaga ok lng basta hindi mapabayan ang ating mga anak .. ;) ;) ;)
