Tightening Abdomen 36+3Weeks

Sounds like braxton hicks which is normal and shouldn't feel painful. Will go away when you change position OR it may be a sign that you're dehydrated. Contractions is more on the painful side and pain will not go away no matter what you do. Best to call the hospital first and heed their advice before you head down otherwise you may get turn down if there you are not dilating or have no contractions.

try to call ur gynea/labour ward.. if its just cramps and NO pain/contractions or any bleeding its just a sign of giving birth soon...if u have e above mentioned, pls go to hosp asap..Take care
