Braxton Hicks or Contraction?

Been feeling like im gg to poop but there's nothing. The feeling of cramping is there. Not sure if its braxton hicks or contraction. I dont want to waste on going to and fro to the hospital. Currently 34 wks. Help pls. #1stimemom

probably baby head down pressing ...n yes brixton hicks ... contraction regularly and will get intense from time to time .
