No poop for 5 days

My bb just turn 4 months, he poop once every 5-7 days. Is this normal? He takes Nan optipro, drinks well and pee a lot. But no poop.

Maybe can try to do the clockwise belly massage and legs bicycling exercise in between the feedings.
