Not crying when hungry?

Bb is on scheduled feeding. Recently we are trying to increase the amount of milk per feed and to increase the duration between the feed. However we realize our bb doesn’t cry for milk. It can be up to 4-5hrs. And if we follow by her cues of hunger, she will only drink 300ml per day (she’s 4 mths) Does scheduled feeding made my LO forgotten to cry when hungry?
