Absolutely. I know a lot of women who are adept in this and I really look up to them :) I believe it is just a matter of organizing and prioritizing but ofcourse, this is easier said than done. :)) :D I am a stay-at-home mom and have a home based work. I strive to give as much attention to my kids while still being able to work on household chores and still allot time for my work. I am still trying to find that balance and I think the key is to recreate my daily schedule into a more efficient one to give window for all the things that must be done in a day. I also think I have to work on my mindset 'casue I tend to get easily frustrated over unaccomplished tasks. One of my friends suggests that I focus only on the task at hand than be overwhelmed by looking at a long list of to do's. I am no expert on this, for sure and I would happily suggest a few articles for you to read http://www.parents.com/parenting/work/life-balance/9-tips-for-juggling-work-and-motherhood/ http://www.sheknows.com/parenting/articles/1091669/balancing-motherhood-and-a-career http://www.success.com/blog/career-motherhood-10-ways-to-make-it-work

Yupp. My mom is a prime example. After her mom passed away, she made the difficult decision to continue working so that we can have luxuries. She pretty much raised the 3 of us without extra help or nannies. I hope I can be half the super mommy she is

I strongly believe you can! As long as you dont let your work control you..as i've read the most important time to give your child is the first 3 minutes in the morning and the last 3 minutes before sleep..hugs and kisses is a must!
