Fallen umbilical cord bleeding

My baby’s umbilical cord dried and fell off at day 10/11. However, today, theres bleeding around the belly button. Is it normal ?

in my baby's case, there's some dried blood to ve cleaned off. if there's fresh blood better to see Dr.

for me yes, dried blood only. just wipe with warm water gentlt

I rmb bleeding is not normal leh. Might wanna bring see doc
