Crib or bed?

My baby sleep beside adults on the same bed since he was born. But im facing an issue that he do not want to be in the crib when i send him to infant care. They are now letting him to sleep in the rocker. But i worry that his head will become flat because the he can only lay down flat in the rocker. May i ask what should i do? He is now 10months. #1stimemom #advicepls

Maybe it’s a good time to transition baby to his own cot at home?:) They love routine and consistency, so the same should be applied in both places

but isnt that they need to transfer to bed after that? because he already start to stand, jump, walk along the rail. i tried a crib before, he screamed and tried hard to climb up. after that we never dare to put him in a crib again.
