We did a cake smash photoshoot when my son turned 1, and just recently had an outdoor playground one done with my friend for his 2nd birthday! I plan to get a family portrait (us with my parents) soon, and for every birthday after :)

We didn't do this, sadly. What we had is a photoshoot of our princess when she turned 1. It was a full shoot though and we hired a stylist and photographer.
We had a whole day pictorial during my baby's first birthday, That was her birthday celebration!
