My baby boy is 6 weeks 6 days and he refuses to take nap in the afternoon and fussy at night time. It started 2 days ago. Why does this happen?

maybe colic. when my son was younger, he refuses to nap the entire day and then becomes fussy during late afternoon and night time. we massage, swaddle, and if all fails, give him anti colic drops. most of the time, that settles him. for us, this stopped at ard 4 months
