Cranky baby

Baby is 9 months 3 days. Recently grew a tooth. Don't know isit his personality or teething or growth spurt. He gets impatient such as when we feed him,he wants to eat very fast. He also gets angry when food finish,but already gave big amt and pd says the amt is alot already. Also he will cry when we say no. He will crunch his fist and yell as if want punch people... Isit personality? I read online by 9th month their personality will form... But since young he is also a cranky boy but now more vocal,so much louder....
