How to find more time

My baby is 8 months and I pump 6 times a day, cook 2 meals for him. I don't find myself not having not enough time, plan your time properly.. If my baby isn't napping, he will be in his playpen playing by himself while I do house chores or either pump.

Try to adjust yourself with the timing/routine, just like rhythm and beats. Slowly but surely ya
