Help! BCG injection site

My baby is 4month. Her BCG injection site is still red and sometimes bleeds a little. Is there anything I can do? Can I apply anything to help speed up the healing? I apply kids friendly plaster before giving her a bath. #pleasehelp #firsttimemom #FTM
