Milk intake at 12 weeks

My baby is 4.8kg at 12w. Previously was fully latching baby but due to period my supply have dropped half and baby went on nursing strike. Now i have change to bottle feeding and feeding baby 90ml each for 7 feeds. Baby is only 630ml per day however recommended amt is 720ml. Baby cant finish bottle when i try to increase to 100ml per feed. Is it normal? Am i underfeeding baby? #adviceplease

Always follow baby’s cue dont stress so much on the daily intake. As long as baby still drinking well. Some babies drink more some drink less. And if diaper output is 5-6 means theyre not dehydrated

I’m facing the same problem as you. We kept forcing baby to drink and he is having a milk strike now. Please don’t force the baby to drink. Jiayous!

yes agree, I pressured baby to feed (keep trying to offer her bottle, use distraction etc) and baby was on a mill strike for 2m and weight stagnated. guess every baby is different, unless baby is not having even diaper output and dropping weight, I think can still give a bit of leeway. if in doubts, ask the pediatrician!
