my baby 2mth plus dislike to be carried in the horizontal lying dwn position, she like to be carried in sitting position , is it normal?

Yup. Babies will change their preferences. Have fun exploring. One way to help her like being carried horizontally is to engage her through singing, talking etc while carrying her.
