Chocolate 🍫

My baby is just 1 month and 15 days. And I’ve pumping and breastfeeding her so far. Mostly is pumping. But everytime after nursing or pumping I’ll find myself indulging in chocolate. I read in some articles saying eating chocolate during breastfeeding is a no-no. But the urge is so bad. Sometimes i cant go to sleep cos i keep thinking about it. I feel like I’m having my pregnancy craving all over again. Anyone experience this before? Or am i the weird one here? #firsttimemom #FTM #pleasehelp

You can pretty much eat everything during breastfeeding, there is no need to avoid. Just eat in moderation to prevent clog ducts.
