Hi it's normal to have contractions also known as Braxton Hicks. It will be irregular throughout the day. Usually will go off when you change your position. If it persists or pain gets unbearable pls visit the hospital to get it checked.

It is normal to have various aches and pains when you get closer to your due date. However, if your pain is more than just light cramps or if they are severe, please consult your doctor. Best to be safe!
