brownish discharge/ bleeding

Just asking if anyone has experience 3 weeks straight of brownish discharges ? its really light .. doesnt fill up the a pad or panty liner. I did a pregnancy test but its negative. i waited for my period blood like red blood but doesnt seems to get heavier.
