Can i just order a 14 days confinement food & remaining 14 days just eat as per normal? Any advice?

Yes you can. Most of the confinement caterers have 7/14/28 days package. Or you can consider to order 14 days package from two different caters, in case you want to have a change of flavor. The photo is Tian Wei’s signature trial meal for your reference.

Recommended to do 28 days for recovery. Will be better for you in the long run too. Anyway ur likely stuck at home for 28 days so isn’t it easier to get the food delivered to you? If not u need to keep getting ur partner to da bao all the time. There are many confinement food choice, don’t need to go for most exp.
