GTT or glucose test in NUH

Hi anyone who opted out for the glucose test from 24weeks above? How much will it cost for a glucose test? I am seeing a doctor in NUH private and wondering how much will the test cost me. If it’s a lot, heard it is optional to take the test unless really required bumy obygne. Thanks

I'm with parkway east, was told I can opt out but was strongly recommended to take. it's about $35 or $45. during my first pregnancy, at tmc it was compulsory. I think it differs with hospitals.

better take ogtt to make sure that everything is ok with your pregnancy. im with private gynae, costed me ard $30 plus fee for full blood count

I did my glucose test at TMC only $30
