Farley's Baby Rusk

Anyone tried giving 6+ months baby with no teeth Farley's Rusk (reduced sugar) as a meal or as a snack? Review is if causes constipation?

My 8 month old has teeth growing and eating the rusk. No issues. But it is not a meal , just snack.
