Disposable Underwear and maternity pad or adult diapers
Hi anyone can share your experience with the above? Is it better to use adult diaper after delivery? Or disposable underwear with maternity pads? I see those disposable underwear are so flimsy. Any recommendation or advice ?
I bought disposable panties at myCK, it's not paper one, but thin fabric, and I prefer overnight pads bcos maternity pads is very thick and uncomfortable to walk and don't have wings, blood will comes out from the side
I bought disposable maternity panties online and used them with maternity pads for the first 2 weeks. When lochia becomes lighter, I changed to normal pads. Easier and no need to wash.
I think the maternity pad is really for day 1? But have to change regularly . And is really uncomfortable. After that the normal heavy flow pads works
Use normal night super long winged pads, and cotton disposable undies (guardian sells)
Disposable. Easier to clear and dispose. The diapers made me quite sticky n sweaty
Disposable panties and maternity pad. Cos I buy alot so might as well use it.
kotex overnight panties. I use it for heavy flow too. like an adult diaper.
Normal panties with overnight pad sufficed for me
