Just baby acne. Will disappear.. when bathing baby, just wash face too as per normal.. don’t pop the acne
It could be baby acne. Wipe her face daily with just water.
its heat rash , its normal. keep room well ventilated.
maybe u walk the place is too hot
clean with water.
drink more water
