Can we use CDA to buy milk powder or diapers??

Anyone knows if we can use CDA to buy milk powder or diapers? if so, where?

cannot dear. CDA can be used r for doc appointment, vaccinations, medication (at guardian /Watson pharmacy too), hospital bill, childcare, you can also purchase thermometer with it.
