baby hospital bill

Hi. Anyone knows if i am able to pay my baby's KKH bill using CDA? They mailed me the bill but i tried on AXS machine and they showed 3 options : Savings, Current and Credit Line. Anyone face this before? How to pay?

When I paid the polyclinic bill, I think it was a savings account for the CDA card.
