Anyone has piles? I have them since young and quite alot. Didn't have the courage to remove it cus it wasn't giving me any inconvenience except post delivery tts all. Recently when I poo, it bleeds. And just this morning I poo and the entire toilet is blood. My piles is external though. And after cleaning and wiping, there wasn't any stain on the toilet paper and it wasn't very painful too. Unlike the usual case, if I'm constipated it gets very painful and when I clean it the toilet paper will be stained with blood. So I'm quite confused here. Anyone can advise? I took a photo but not sure if it will gross anyone out. So I didn't upload it.
