Does vaccine affects fertility?

Doubt the vaccination affects fertility. In fact, my husband and I were joking if it boosts our fertility chances cos I've had pcos and we had been trying for 2 years. I got pregnant naturally around the time of 2nd dose of vaccine. I was probably about one week pregnant haha.. it was a pleasant surprise as we didn't try that much since either of us was continously on vaccine..I'm now week 16 :)
