Does vaccine affects fertility?

Hello. I got pregnant shortly after my first dose of Pfizer and I took my 2nd dose when I was into my week 5 of pregnancy. Everything went well. In my opinion (based on my research and the gynaes/fertility specialists I’ve checked with), the vaccine has no direct impact on the fertility. A lot of case studies from US states that it is more beneficial for women to get vaccinated before getting pregnant since antibodies will be passed to the baby :)
