Does vaccine affects fertility?

I got pregnant in the same cycle after taking my first vaccine on menses day 2. My gynae shared that around my period, there were a few similar cases of pregnancy. I’m current 13+2 and so far so good! Had my second vaccine exactly at 13 weeks.
