Vertiginous giddiness

Hi! Anyone experienced vertiginous giddiness? I'm 12 weeks pregnant. Been having this vertigo for a week now. Been to gp & hosp. Still the same.

Happened to me too in 1st tri, Dr prescribed novomin, resolved after 2 weeks. Then came back on and off in 3rd tri, just living w it and avoid turning my head too much. Hope it goes away after delivery!
