Pooping more than usual in Third trimester

Anyone else experiencing pooping more than usual in third trimester ? Not sure is it normal to be pooping 2-3x daily in my 31 weeks on… #advicepls

Yes, I do feel stomach pain.. even if I eat “cleanly”. I try to avoid more spicy oily food now just to make sure my poop can be more controllable.. I try to clear my bowels when I can just to not confuse it with Braxton hicks

not for me. im 33 weeks and still constipated. 🤣
