Pregnancy insomnia

Hi, anyone else experiencing difficulty sleeping, waking up multiple times in the middle of the night & unable to sleep back, many dreams and feels very disruptive sleep? I realised if I take 2 diclectin I am able to sleep throughout but the next day I will feel like a zombie. I try 1 diclectin but will still keep waking up but able to sleep back easier and next day also very tired. Any way to help with sleeping well without medication? Thank you #firsttimemom

It’s very normal to have difficulty in sleeping during pregnancy. For me, I played calming music before sleep (good for your baby too) and drank a cup of warm milk before bed. Might not work for everyone, you need to trial and error to see what works for you.
