Hot flushes
Anyone else between week 24-25 experiencing hot flushes? Just randomly feeling like my environment is warmer than usual! Cant sleep at night cos I feel so humid and warm even with air con+fan. Sighhh

I open both AC + fan. And I have been drinking so much of fluid to keep myself hydrate. Yes, it is just the weather condition causing you to have hot flushes. Eventhough multiples of bath time, it is still the same 🤣🤷🏻♀️
