used breast pump

Will anyone buy a used breast pump? all parts are sterilized thoroughly already. I'm planning to stop breast feeding n due to engorgement I've stopped using my electrical double pump but have been hand expressing n manually pumping.

I think the pump itself can buy 2nd hand, but flanges n other parts should buy new ones for hygiene purposes?
