Fish essence for mummy

Anyone can advise when will be the good time for mummy (who had cesarean 2weeks ago )to take fish essence? Her wounds are healing but not close up yet. Will it be safe for my wife to consume now? Anyone pls kindly advice, thanks.

Fish essence can be taken immediately. It is the chicken that tcm recommends to wait for at least 8 days
