Sleeping under fan makes body more achy

Anybody here sleeps better at night with aircon than fan ? Not necessarily because of the coolness or heat, but for some reason, sleeping under the fan makes your lower back pain, thigh & leg more achy and painful? Even when using a blanket. Idk if that makes sense. #FTM

I don't like it when there is wind blowing on me when I sleep. So my fan speed is usually at the lowest. It disrupts my sleep, but I don't remember it causing lower back pain or aches. Could it be your sleeping position, or is your mattress too soft?

When ur body is too warm, naturally ur body will b irritated. So I rather u on the Aircon, adjust the louver and dun let it blow directly at you. Wear socks when sleeping. U will b comfortable n have enough rest

I’m all time a fan person but in past week I decided to on AC due to the humidity that is when I discovered my aches are more tolerable now. In fact I’m sleeping much better (esp with compression socks)

during confinement, was advised no direct fan blowing but aircon ok without direct blowing :)

I am aircon + fan person.. I will wake up automatically if my husband off either 1 😅

Not for me, I’m a fan to my fan
