Pregnancy safe muscle pain patches?

Anybody knows any pregnancy safe muscle pain ointment, patches or anything similar to be used during pregnancy? I hv been constant backaches (shoulder, waist) since pregnancy.. and currently too early for pre-natal massages as well. 😞 Discomfort is killing me.. would love to hear if anyone has suitable recommendations

As far as i know theres no muscle patch thats safe for pregnancy and not advisable to use, as theyre medicated. Just have to get used to it and itll worsen as the pregnancy progresses (‘: can take a hot bath or soak whole body in warm water + epsom salt

Yes I asked my Gynae for a cream that’s safe for pregnancy. Rmb don’t use medicated patches

I kinda avoided all honestly. Maybe a hot water bottle bag might be an alternative? Sorry

I had no choice but to use vicks. Helps a little
