Any recommendation for baby’s baptismal dress? I want something unique.

The baptismal dresses I've seen worn by babies literally resemble dresses, even for the boys. However, I recently attended one here in Sweden and the baby boy was wearing something similar to this outfit. I think it's adorable! Reckon you can get this off amazon.com or recreate this look easily with store bought pieces:)
