Hiyangan ang birth control pills. Pero consider IUD na rin, free lang naman yun sa healthcare centers and good for three years. If wala kang idea about it, check sa healthcare center ano ano options mo.

Implant po yung good for 3 years. Yung IUD po is 10 years yun. Magkaiba po kasi yung IUD and implant. Ang IUD is ipapasok po down there. Yung implant po ay ibabaon lang po sa braso
