hello hello congrats mummy!!◡̈ usually the packages are like for 10/16 sessions? sorry my mummy brain can’t recall the actual numbers and it varies i think per gynae - but usually they recommend only getting it after the first tri cause that’s when it’s a little more settled ◡̈ the first three months i didn’t have any packages also cause we only see doc like once a month!◡̈ you can feel free to enquire at the clinic you go to and see what the gynae or nurse recommends.. excited for you and your journey - wishing you all the best and enjoy the quiet time before baby comes!!
I think depends on the gynae. My gynae got package from 1st visit to 13-15th visit
