Local confinement nanny during CB?

Are we allowed to engage a local confinement nanny during the circuit breaker? Tried contacting MTI and Enterprise SG but no reply.

As far as I know, nanny through agency is approved.

    Go thru agency then the CL will be allowed to come to another residence to work?
